ACA Training Assessment Application
ACA Training uses a mobile application to facilitate training and assessment activities. The application collects student assessment responses and supporting evidence, including photographs, video and audio recordings. Photographs are also collected during assessment activities to support student identity verification and assessment authenticity.
Assessment evidence and identity photographs are reviewed by authorised ACA Training personnel.
Information collected through the application is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Collection of Information
Information is generally collected directly from individuals through our website, enrolment forms, training systems, assessment application and communications. We may also receive relevant information from employers and other authorised sources.
Most information requested during enrolment is necessary for ACA Training to manage enrolment, deliver training and assessment, verify identity, issue certification and meet regulatory requirements.
Some enrolment questions may be optional or allow individuals to decline to provide particular information. Participation in learner feedback surveys is voluntary.
Where required information is not provided, ACA Training may be unable to complete an enrolment or provide the relevant training or certification service.
ACA Training accepts payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT) only. We do not collect or process credit or debit card details.

Our primary student management and assessment systems are hosted in Australia.
Authorised ACA Training staff located in the United Kingdom may access relevant student and administrative information for accounts and invoicing purposes.
Retention of Information
ACA Training retains personal information in accordance with applicable training, certification, regulatory and legal requirements.
Assessment evidence is retained for a minimum of two years following completion of the relevant training product, or longer where required.
Records of assessment results and issued AQF certification documentation are retained for 30 years.
Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or de-identified where appropriate and permitted by law.
