This course covers the skills and knowledge required to operate and maintain a four wheel drive vehicle in both the civil construction and mining industries. You will learn how to conduct a pre-start inspection, set the navigation system, select the best route, drive correctly, use the jack and recover a bogged vehicle.

Students will also learn hazard identification, risk management, communication and teamwork.
